Hi guys, are you ready for the first outings on the snow??
You can’t wait, we know… But as you well know, the first days of snowboarding often leave unwanted effects, your legs in the following days look like two pieces of wood, you feel pain even in muscles that you didn’t know existed and you feel like you have run the entire Great Wall of China.
But don’t worry, we have thought of everything, in fact we will offer you a simple workout in preparation for the winter season with our 6punto9 instructors, who can easily do everyone, from those who have a residence in the gym, to those who spend more time at the bar than at home😉
But let’s not waste time, all you need is a gym mat.
The workout that we propose today can be easily done 2/3 times a week, has a total duration of about 20 minutes and is divided into two parts, an initial warm-up of 3 minutes without breaks, and the actual work-out with a series of 8 exercises to be repeated three times.
