For us snowboarding enthusiasts, the mountains are linked to winter and snow!
But it has an incredible charm and a thousand potentials even in summer! First of all, as sports lovers, it should be emphasized the possibility of doing activities such as E-Bike, down hill and mountain biking very “linked” to the snowboard world, especially for the very similar sense of freedom and adrenaline. All then immersed in nature. Another useful activity to keep fit in view of winter and to get to know places that we will then visit with the snowboard, is trekking. Biking and trekking and other physical activities in the mountains involve various muscle groups and stimulate the heart and lungs. This will help us improve our heart efficiency and physical endurance and be ready and fit for winter snowboarding!
Mountain air is generally cleaner and free of pollutants than urban areas, which promotes better breathing and can help improve lung health. The nature and tranquility of the mountains can reduce stress and improve mood. Contact with nature and breathtaking landscapes can help you relax and feel more serene. Physical activity in the mountains can help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Spending time outdoors in the mountains during the summer allows you to get vitamin D from the sun, which is essential for bone health and the immune system. Exposure to natural light and physical activity during the day can help improve the quality of sleep at night. Nature and exercise have been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, offering a positive effect on mental health. Exploring new trails, taking in spectacular scenery, and taking on challenges while hiking in the mountains can stimulate the mind and improve concentration. Ultimately, spending time in the mountains during the summer is an opportunity to take care of your body and mind, experiencing significant physical and mental health benefits. However, it is important to always adapt physical activity to your abilities and take the necessary precautions to fully enjoy these beneficial experiences. And above all: leave the environment intact! Respecting nature and the surrounding environment is essential. Do not leave rubbish, avoid damaging the flora and fauna and follow the local rules to keep the beauty of the mountain intact.
